Crab meat loaf with bacon.

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds crab meat
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons pimento
  • 2 green onion tops, chopped
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 1/2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
  • 8 slices bacon

Directions

  1. Mix everything but the bacon together. Arrange 4 slices of bacon in the bottom of a loaf pan. Press the crab mixture into the pan and top with the remaining bacon.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 50 minutes.
