Crab meat loaf with bacon.
Ingredients
- 3 pounds crab meat
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons pimento
- 2 green onion tops, chopped
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 1/2 cups bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
- 8 slices bacon
Directions
- Mix everything but the bacon together. Arrange 4 slices of bacon in the bottom of a loaf pan. Press the crab mixture into the pan and top with the remaining bacon.
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 50 minutes.
