Serve warm with crackers or vegetables.
- 2/3 cup butter
- 1 (8 ounces) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 pound crabmeat (or 1 can)
- Hot pepper or Worcestershire sauce to taste
- Melt the butter and cheese together in a double boiler.
- Cook the crabmeat and shred.
- Fold the crabmeat into the cheese. Add the seasonings to taste.
