Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 1 (8 ounces) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pound crabmeat (or 1 can)
  • Hot pepper or Worcestershire sauce to taste

Directions

  1. Melt the butter and cheese together in a double boiler.
  2. Cook the crabmeat and shred.
  3. Fold the crabmeat into the cheese. Add the seasonings to taste.
