Crab Dip is a great appetizer to serve a hungry crowd. Assorted crackers, fresh celery and carrots sticks would go perfectly.
- 1, 7 1/2 ounce can crab meat, flaked
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons prepared white horseradish
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Blend ingredient in blender until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
