Crab Dip is a great appetizer to serve a hungry crowd.  Assorted crackers, fresh celery and carrots sticks would go perfectly.

Ingredients

  • 1, 7 1/2 ounce can crab meat, flaked
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons prepared white horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Blend ingredient in blender until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
