Crab Cheese Fondue is a family favorite. Everyone gets to choose their favorite fresh vegetable dippers.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 green pepper, finely chopped
- 2, 2 ounce jars pimento
- 2 cans crab meat, flaked
- fresh vegetables for dipping
Directions
- Saute onions and green pepper in butter. Add seasonings. Melt cheese in double boiler. Drain crab. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a fondue pot.
