Crab Cheese Fondue is a family favorite.  Everyone gets to choose their favorite fresh vegetable dippers. 

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 green pepper, finely chopped
  • 2, 2 ounce jars pimento
  • 2 cans crab meat, flaked
  • fresh vegetables for dipping

Directions

  1. Saute onions and green pepper in butter. Add seasonings. Melt cheese in double boiler. Drain crab. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a fondue pot.
