Crab Cakes are an incredible appetizer that will make your guests feel special. 

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh crabmeat
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons onion, minced
  • 1 tablespoons green pepper, minced
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 3 tablespoons mayonaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup cracker crumbs

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients and form into patties. Fry cakes in butter until brown. Serve hot.
