Crab Cakes are an incredible appetizer that will make your guests feel special.
- 1 pound fresh crabmeat
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons onion, minced
- 1 tablespoons green pepper, minced
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 3 tablespoons mayonaise
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
- Mix all ingredients and form into patties. Fry cakes in butter until brown. Serve hot.
