Serve Country Style Potatoes at your next brunch. This recipe uses canned potatoes so it's quick and easy to make.
Ingredients
- 2, 16 ounce cans new potatoes, drained and sliced
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
Directions
- Melt margarine in a large skillet and add potatoes and basil. Cook potatoes until lightly brown, stirring occasionally. Add chopped onion and cook for 5 minutes longer.
