Basil and onion seasoned new potato side dish.
- 2 (16 ounce) cans new potatoes, drained and sliced
- 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- Melt the margarine in a skillet. Stir in the potatoes and basil. Continue to heat until the potatoes are lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Stir in the onions and cook only for a few more minutes, not until the onions are crisped.
