Country Pie is a homey chocolate pie.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 frozen pie shell

Directions

  1. Beat eggs, add flour and sugar and beat for 2 minutes. Add vanilla, butter, nuts and chocolate chips. Mix well.
  2. Spoon in unbaked pie shell and bake at 325 degrees F for approximately 60 minutes. Cool before serving.
