A smooth and creamy orange and pineapple fruit salad.
- 1 (6 ounce) package orange gelatin
- 1 (16 ounce) carton small curd cottage cheese
- 2 (11 ounce) cans mandarine oranges, drained
- 1 (20 ounce) cans pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 (8 ounce) carton whipped topping, thawed
- Blend together the gelatin and cottage cheese. Stir in the fruit until well mixed. Fold in the whipped topping and chill.
