A quick and easy pineapple salad! Wonderful potluck dish!

Ingredients

  • 1 quart cottage cheese
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 ( 6 ounce) box orange gelatin
  • 1 small package miniature marshmallows
  • 1 large container Cool Whip

Directions

  1. Stir in cottage cheese, pineapple and gelatin powder. Fold in marshmallows and cool whip. Refrigerate before serving.
