Don’t save this cocktail for Halloween just because of its ghoulish name; the slick blend if gin, Cointreau, Lillet Blanc, lemon juice and absinthe makes it a favorite all year round.

Ingredients

1 oz gin
1 oz Cointreau
1 oz Lillet Blanc
1 oz lemon juice
1-3 drops absinthe or pastis
Stemless cherry to garnish

Directions

Place all of the ingredients, except for the garnish, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds to combine and then pour into a cocktail glass. Serve immediately garnished with the cherry.
