A vegetable packed slow cooked ham chowder dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 medium potato, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 (10 ounce) cans cream of celery soup
- 1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
- 3 cups finely diced ham
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen broccoli florets
Directions
- Add everything but the broccoli to a greased slow cooker. Cook covered for 5-6 hours on low. Stir in the broccoli and cook for 1 more hour.
