Cheesy beef, salsa and corn chip cip.
- 1 pound lean ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernal corn, drained
- 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
- 1 (1 pound) package cubed Velveeta cheese
- Combine all the ingredients in a greased slow cooker. Cook covered for 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
