Corned Beef Reubens

Slow cooked corned beef, made into reubens.


  • 2-3 pounds marinated corn beef
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 10 peppercorns


  1. Place the corned beef in the slow cooker, top with the garlic and peppercorns. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  2. To make into a reuben, slice the corned beef thinly. Place onto pumpernickel bread and top with swiss cheese, sauerkraut and Thousand Island dressing.
