Slow cooked corned beef, made into reubens.
- 2-3 pounds marinated corn beef
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 10 peppercorns
- Place the corned beef in the slow cooker, top with the garlic and peppercorns. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- To make into a reuben, slice the corned beef thinly. Place onto pumpernickel bread and top with swiss cheese, sauerkraut and Thousand Island dressing.
