Corned Beef Casserole is a savory favorite flavored with Cheddar cheese and mushrooms.
Ingredients
- 1, 12 ounce package noodles
- 1, 12 ounce can corned beef
- 1/4 pound Cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1 can mushrooms, drained
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 small jar pimento, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tablespoon butter
Directions
- Cook noodles; drain. Toss with 1 tablespoon butter. Add remaining ingredients. Break corned beef into small pieces. Rinse soup cans each with 1/2 can water. Add to mixture.
- Pour into a greased 9 by 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
