Corned Beef Casserole is a savory favorite flavored with Cheddar cheese and mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • 1, 12 ounce package noodles
  • 1, 12 ounce can corned beef
  • 1/4 pound Cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 can mushrooms, drained
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 small jar pimento, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Directions

  1. Cook noodles; drain. Toss with 1 tablespoon butter. Add remaining ingredients. Break corned beef into small pieces. Rinse soup cans each with 1/2 can water. Add to mixture.
  2. Pour into a greased 9 by 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
