This unique spinoff of a classic Collins cocktail is made with corn whiskey and L'Espirit de June liqueur; an exotic vine flower liqueur created from grape blossoms.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 ounces Corn Whiskey
- 3/4 ounce L'Espirit de June
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 Barspoon powdered sugar
- Dash simple syrup
- Club soda, chilled
- Lemon wedge to garnish
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients, except for the club soda and garnish, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds and then strain into a cocktail glass filled with fresh ice.
- Fill the drink with club soda and then garnish with the lemon wedge; serve immediately.
