Corn Whiskey Collins Cocktail

This unique spinoff of a classic Collins cocktail is made with corn whiskey and L'Espirit de June liqueur; an exotic vine flower liqueur created from grape blossoms.


  • 1-1/2 ounces Corn Whiskey
  • 3/4 ounce L'Espirit de June
  • 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Barspoon powdered sugar
  • Dash simple syrup
  • Club soda, chilled
  • Lemon wedge to garnish


  1. Place all of the ingredients, except for the club soda and garnish, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds and then strain into a cocktail glass filled with fresh ice.
  3. Fill the drink with club soda and then garnish with the lemon wedge; serve immediately.
