Corn Spoon Bread is made with cheese and whole corn kernels.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 package corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup melted margarine
  • salt to taste

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients together except cheese. Pour into a greased 8 by 8 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes. Add cheese and bake an additional 15 minutes.
