Corn Spoon Bread is made with cheese and whole corn kernels.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 package corn muffin mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup melted margarine
- salt to taste
Directions
- Mix ingredients together except cheese. Pour into a greased 8 by 8 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes. Add cheese and bake an additional 15 minutes.
