A simple, cold corn salad.

Ingredients

  • 2 (16 ounce) cans Mexicorn, drained
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Catalina salad dressing

Directions

  1. Mix everything together and refrigerate for several hours. Serve chilled.
