This classic Corn Pudding can be easily doubled to serve a hungry, holiday crowd.
Ingredients
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 can Mexican style corn
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- dash black pepper
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together. Bake in buttered casserole uncovered at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until firm and slightly brown.
