This classic Corn Pudding can be easily doubled to serve a hungry, holiday crowd.

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 can Mexican style corn
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • dash black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup margarine, melted

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Bake in buttered casserole uncovered at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until firm and slightly brown.
