Corn Casserole is a great side dish for any holiday meal.
Ingredients
- 1 can niblet corn, drained
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 package corn muffin mix
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 2 eggs beaten
Directions
- Combine ingredients, mix well. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
