Slow-cooked chicken cordon bleu over noodles dinner.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 4 slices cooked ham
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- Noodles, cooked
Directions
- Pound the chicken until thin. Place a slice of ham and cheese on top of each. Roll up and secure with a toothpick. Place in the bottom of a greased slow cooker.
- Add the soup and milk to a saucepan and heat until well mixed. Pour over the chicken. Cook covered for 4-5 hours on low. Serve over the cooked noodles.
