This bitter-sweet blend of gin, St-Germain and Aperol gets its name from its lovely coral color.

Ingredients

2 ounces gin
1 ounce St-Germain
3/4 ounce Aperol
club soda
lemon zest twist to garnish

Directions

Pour the gin, St-Germain and Aperol into an ice-filled cocktail glass.
Top the drink with the club soda and then garnish with the lemon twist. Serve immediately.
