This traditional Puerto Rican holiday drink is similar to eggnog but with an added twist of island flavor.
Ingredients
- 28 ounces coconut milk
- 2 cups rum
- 14 ounces condensed milk
- 4 egg yolks
- Grated nutmeg
Directions
- Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until the mixture is well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the refrigerator and chill until cool.
- Pour the Coquito into small glasses and then sprinkle with freshly grated nutmeg.
