Cookie crumble topped coffeecake recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons soft butter or margarine
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup fine vanilla sandwich cookies crumbs (9 cookies)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup broken walnuts
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions
- Mix together the first six ingredients and beat together well. Pour half of the batter into a greased 10x6 inch baking pan.
- Combine the last 4 ingredients and mix together until crumbly. Reserving 1/2 cup of the topping, sprinkle the remainder over the batter in the pan.
- Pour the remaining batter over and top with the reserved 1/2 cup of topping.
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
