Easy barbeque beef brisket.


  • 4-5 pounds beef brisket
  • 1 (1.5 ounce) bottle liquid smoke
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 cups barbeque sauce


  1. Place the brisket in a large bowl and add the liquid smoke. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Place the brisket in the slow cooker. Add the water. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours. With 2 hours left add the barbeque sauce to the brisket.
