Chicken with tomato and green pepper over rice.
- 1 1/2 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
- 2 (14.5 ounce) cans seasoned tomatoes/onions
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 cups rice, cooked
- Mix together the first 3 ingredients in a skillet. Season. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Serve hot over cooked rice.
