Ingredients

  • 6 raw conch, skinned, pounded, chopped
  • 3 medium tomatoes, unpeeled, sliced
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 small hot red pepper, minced
  • 2 cups onions, minced
  • 1 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and add salt and pepper to taste. Chill at least 8 hours.
