Slow cooked turkey, potatoes and carrots in BBQ sauce.
- 6 carrots, cut into 2 inch pieces
- 3 potatoes, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 1/2- 3 pounds turkey, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 cup barbeque sauce
- 1/4 cup hot water
- Layer the carrots, potatoes and then turkey in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Mix together the BBQ sauce and water in a small bowl, pour over the turkey.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
