Wine and parmesan baked chicken breasts.
- 6 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
- 1/4 cup sherry or white wine
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Arrange the chicken in a baking dish. Pour the broth and wine over. Sprinkle with the cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes covered. Uncover, and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Serve with rice.
