A robust punch cocktail with flavors of ginger, bitters, anise and cloves, enjoy this rum-based tiki-style concoction with the company of friends.
Ingredients
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 2 ounces unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1/2 ounce Falernum
- 2 ounces ginger beer
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1/8 teaspoon Pernod
- 2 ounces dark Jamaican rum
- 1 ounce gold Puerto Rican rum
- 1/2 ounce Barbados rum
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with crushed ice.
- Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds to combine and then pour into a cocktail glass; serve immediately.
