This cocktail is made with liqueur de noyaux; an almond-flavored crème liqueur made from apricot kernels. Enjoy it blended with gomme syrup, cognac and espresso in this unique mixed drink.


  • 3 dashes gomme syrup
  • 4 dashes liqueur de noyaux
  • 1/4 ounce cognac
  • 1 espresso
  • Grated nutmeg to garnish


  1. Place all of the ingredients, except for the nutmeg, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds and then strain into a cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish the drink with the nutmeg and then serve immediately.
