The simple cod recipe is cheesy and flavorful. Serve with a side of rice and fresh steamed veggies.
- 1 package frozen cod fillets
- 1 (6-1/2 ounce) can crab meat
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- Almonds for garnish
- Place cod fillets in buttered casserole. Sprinkle crab meat on top. Pour soup over crab meat. Sprinkle with Swiss cheese over top. Garnish with almonds.
- Bake covered, at 350 degrees F, for 90 minutes.
