The simple cod recipe is cheesy and flavorful. Serve with a side of rice and fresh steamed veggies.


  • 1 package frozen cod fillets
  • 1 (6-1/2 ounce) can crab meat
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • Almonds for garnish


  1. Place cod fillets in buttered casserole. Sprinkle crab meat on top. Pour soup over crab meat. Sprinkle with Swiss cheese over top. Garnish with almonds.
  2. Bake covered, at 350 degrees F, for 90 minutes.
