Coconut Sour Cream Cake is frosted with a creamy coconut icing.

Ingredients

  • 1 package white cake mix
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) can cream of coconut
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 box confectioners' sugar
  • 1 cup coconut

Directions

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl, mixing well. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 50 minutes or until cake tests done.
  3. Combine next 4 ingredients in bowl, blending well. Stir in coconut. Frost cake with coconut icing.
