Coconut Sour Cream Cake is frosted with a creamy coconut icing.
Ingredients
- 1 package white cake mix
- 1/4 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) can cream of coconut
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 box confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup coconut
Directions
- Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl, mixing well. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 50 minutes or until cake tests done.
- Combine next 4 ingredients in bowl, blending well. Stir in coconut. Frost cake with coconut icing.
