For all you coconut lovers, this smooth and creamy coconut martini is an absolute treat.
- 1-1/2 ounces White Rum
- 1-1/2 ounces Vanilla Vodka
- 1-1/2 ounces Coconut Rum
- 1/2 ounce Coconut Cream or Coconut Milk
- Sweetened Toasted Coconut Flakes to garnish
- Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake the mixture vigorously for a few seconds and then strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish the cocktail with the toasted coconut and serve.
