Coconut Frosting

Ceramy brown sugar and coconut frosting.


  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup shredded coconut


  1. Mix together the sugar, milk and butter in a medium saucepan. Heat on low for 5 minutes. Stir in the coconut. Continue heating until warmed through. Pour over cake while still warm.
