Use this sweet drink in place of a dessert after a backyard barbecue or enjoy on a hot summer afternoon.

Ingredients

  • 1 (14-ounce) can coconut milk
  • 2 cups sliced bananas
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 teaspoons lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 12 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Combine milk, bananas, ice cream, sugar, lime juice, vanilla and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.
