This tequila-based cocktail is served in a double shot glass and enjoyed as a sweet, post-dinner sipper.
- 1/4 ounce unsweetened passion fruit purée
- 1 barspoon dark crème de cacao
- 1 ounce Añejo tequila
- 1-1/2 ounces champagne
- Fill a double shot glass three-quarters full with crushed ice and then add the passion fruit purée, dark crème de cacao, tequila and champagne.
- Stir the mixture to combine and then serve.
