Creamy fruit cocktail pie in a meringue shell.
Ingredients
- Baked Meringue shell
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (30 ounce) can fruit cocktail, well drained
Directions
- Mix together the sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Fold in the fruit. Spread in a cooled Meringue shell. Chill.
