Top your favorite cocktail with this light and fluffy foam made with egg whites, Grand Marnier, fresh orange juice and peach bitters. Not only does it make a beautiful presentation but it also adds a delicate touch of fresh flavor.


  • 2 egg whites, lightly beaten
  • 2 ounces Grand Marnier
  • 4 ounces fresh orange juice, finely strained
  • 4 dashes peach bitters


  1. Put a glass bowl in the freezer for 5 minutes to chill.
  2. Place all of the ingredients into the prepared bowl and beat until the mixture becomes a thick foam; use immediately.
