Cocktail Cheese Spinach Squares are the perfect appetizer for entertaining. These squares can be made ahead and stored frozen. Just defrost and reheat when unexpected guests visit.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 16 ounce bag Monterey Jack cheese, finely shredded
- 2 packages frozen spinach, thawed, chopped and squeezed dry
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pyrex baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes. Cut into bite sized squares.
