Sake, fresh lemon juice, Benedictine and orgeat make a unique and delicious cocktail full of flavor and Asian flair.


  • 3 ounces sake
  • 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce Benedictine
  • 3/4 ounce orgeat
  • Soda water
  • Lemon peel to garnish


  1. Place all of the ingredients, except for the soda and lemon peel, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds and then strain into a cocktail glass.
  3. Top the drink with the soda water and then garnish with the lemon peel; serve immediately.
