Club cracker breaded chicken dinner.


  • 1 cup finely crushed Club or Town House crackers
  • 1 package Italian salad dressing mix
  • 2-3 pounds frying chicken
  • 3 tablespoons margarine, melted


  1. Mix together the crackers and dressing mix in a plastic bag.
  2. Shake the chicken, two pieces at a time, in the mixture. Arrange skin side in a casserole dish. Pour the butter over.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour.
