Club cracker breaded chicken dinner.
- 1 cup finely crushed Club or Town House crackers
- 1 package Italian salad dressing mix
- 2-3 pounds frying chicken
- 3 tablespoons margarine, melted
- Mix together the crackers and dressing mix in a plastic bag.
- Shake the chicken, two pieces at a time, in the mixture. Arrange skin side in a casserole dish. Pour the butter over.
- Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour.
