Gin is sweetened with raspberry syrup and then brightened with fresh lemon juice in this frothy, bright pink pre-Prohibition cocktail.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 ounces gin
- 1/2 ounce raspberry syrup
- 1 teaspoon simple syrup
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 egg white
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 30 seconds to combine.
- Fill the shaker with ice and then vigorously shake for an additional 30 seconds; serve immediately.
