This is a tried and true recipe for a classic smoothie. Use your choice of yogurt, juice and fruit.


  • 8 ounces yogurt (any flavor)
  • 1 cup juice (any flavor)
  • 2 cups fruit (may use 2-3 types)
  • 12 ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (optional)


  1. Select the yogurt, juice and fruit of your choice and place in a blender along with the ice cubes and the powdered sugar.
  2. Blend on high until creamy and smooth. Transfer into a tall glass and serve immediately.
