This is a tried and true recipe for a classic smoothie. Use your choice of yogurt, juice and fruit.
- 8 ounces yogurt (any flavor)
- 1 cup juice (any flavor)
- 2 cups fruit (may use 2-3 types)
- 12 ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (optional)
- Select the yogurt, juice and fruit of your choice and place in a blender along with the ice cubes and the powdered sugar.
- Blend on high until creamy and smooth. Transfer into a tall glass and serve immediately.
