  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • dash cayenne
  • 2/3 cup cooking sherry
  • 2 cups soft bread crumbs
  • 6 cups cooked shrimp
  • parsley for garnishing


  1. To melted butter add the next 5 ingredients. Mix; add bread crumbs and toss well. Place shrimp in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Spoon the butter crumb mixture over the shrimp.
  2. Bake at 325 degrees F for 25 minutes or until the crumbs turn brown. Remove and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley.
