Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- dash cayenne
- 2/3 cup cooking sherry
- 2 cups soft bread crumbs
- 6 cups cooked shrimp
- parsley for garnishing
Directions
- To melted butter add the next 5 ingredients. Mix; add bread crumbs and toss well. Place shrimp in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Spoon the butter crumb mixture over the shrimp.
- Bake at 325 degrees F for 25 minutes or until the crumbs turn brown. Remove and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley.
