Quick Peanut Butter Fudge has melted marshmallows and evaporated milk mixed in for smoothness.
Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 (12 ounce) jar peanut butter
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Combine the first 3 ingredients in an electric skillet. Cook at 280 degrees, bringing to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn off heat.
- Add remaining ingredients, stirring to blend well. Pour into a buttered 9-inch square pan. Cool and cut into squares.
