Quick Peanut Butter Fudge has melted marshmallows and evaporated milk mixed in for smoothness.


  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar peanut butter
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Combine the first 3 ingredients in an electric skillet. Cook at 280 degrees, bringing to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn off heat.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, stirring to blend well. Pour into a buttered 9-inch square pan. Cool and cut into squares.
