Classic Pecan Pie is a family favorite and easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1 cup white corn syrup
- 1 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup whole pecans
- 1, 9 inch unbaked pie shell
Directions
- Mix syrups, sugar, salt, butter and vanilla. Add eggs; mix thoroughly. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle pecans over filling. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
