Nothing tastes better than Classic Guacamole on a tortilla chip.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds ripe avocado
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup onion, minced
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
Directions
- Cut avocados in half lengthwise. Remove pit and scrape out flesh into a medium sized bowl. Mash with a fork. Add lemon juice, onions, cilantro and garlic. Add tomatoes and salt. Stir thoroughly. Serve chilled.
