- 3 sprigs fresh mint
- 1 sugar cube
- Splash cold water
- 2 ounces bourbon
- 1 mint sprig to garnish
- Put the sugar cube and the mint into a rocks glass and then add a splash of cold water.
- Muddle the mixture to combine and then fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Add the bourbon and then gently stir the mixture with a bar spoon to combine.
- Garnish with the mint sprig and serve immediately.
