Chocolate Drop Cookies

Chocolate Drop Cookies can be frosted or left plain.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted

Directions

  1. Cream sugar, eggs, butter and milk. Blend together flour, baking powder and salt. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture. Add melted chocolate. Mix until blended. Drop by teaspoonful on a greased cookie sheet.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 8-10 minutes.
